Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an inflammatory illness with polymorphic manifestations that can compromise
diverse organs and systems as skin, muscles, joints, kidneys, heart, vases, blood, lungs and the nervous system. Of an unknown etiology,
presents an evolution of alternating exacerbation and remission. Laboratorial examinations are essential for the precocious diagnosis
and the follow up of the patient who, with emotional support, adheres better to the treatment. Survival rater of these patients is
increasing year after year, an improvement that can be attributed to some factors as precocious diagnostic, new forms of treatment
using of corticoids, immunosuppressor drugs. General complaints as fatigue, uneasiness, fever, anorexia, weight loss and nauseas can be
prominent. Scientific articles had been analyzed where the fatigue is a limiting factor that restricts daily life activities. It was demons-
trated in this work the benefits of the regular practice of exercises that allow for the reduction of the anxiety state, of the algic picture,
the lesional factors, the level of depression and fatigue, improving self-esteem and benefiting health in general.
