Abstract

Family Health is proposed as an strategy for operate Brazilian National Health System. It is based on linking relationship
between nurses and patients. This article aims to discuss aspects of this relationship in primary care and its implications for the teaching
of nursing in this field. The authors propose a reflection on the consequences to nurses’ training and health services due to the policy
for healthcare humanizing. To implement this policy it is required an ethical turn in both areas. The paper is focused on the importance
of personal example and interpersonal relationships between teachers and students for getting more humane professionals.
