Abstract

Bioethics, besides a cognitive task, is an undertaken of human spirit. Spirituality refers to a transcendental relation of soul and
deity and in the resultant transformation, that is, it refers to an attitude. In health assistance, it implies to rescue the transcendent sense of
care. To search sense in to the health care is a spiritual experience guided by the spirit of care, an engaged, relational spirituality grounded
in daily health, one that will allow to integrate care-technique and care-ethics, in an atmosphere of care balanced between being (ethical)
and doing (technique). The binding of work to care in health is making growing the spirit of care. In no other way we will account for care’s
human hipercomplexity and multidimensionality. The spirit of care is a daily exercise of a dialectic and dynamic integration of ethical attitude
and technical ability, of profession and vocation.
