Abstract

In this work a study is presented about the use of computer technologies in the rehabilitation field, so that it can aid the
therapeutic process in many cases of incapacities and disabilities. Two approaches are presented. One is using computers having as a
focus special education cases and the other using technology of the Virtual Reality through Virtual Setting. Examples are presented
showing computer technology being used as a supplementary tool for rehabilitation.
