Abstract

The goal of this survey is to examine and to define basic concepts of physical education and health promotion, as well as
point to managers the necessity of physical activity programs implementation for improving productivity and the quality of
work activities. We used a bibliographical review methodology consisting in text analysis, thematic analysis, interpretive
analysis, problematization and conclusion of the bibliographic data. It has been also shown the understanding of quality
of life of each individual as a benefit and source of well-being. Finally, it has been understood the correlation of perceived
quality of life to physical education life style, eliciting health programs to reduce both morbidity and mortality rates.
